Beautiful hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The rooms were clean for all other ammenities, the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with lots of food. Liked my stay, had a fantastic experience.

Perfect hotel, all of the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive, magnificent location to the Rosario islands. The breakfast choice was outstanding with fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries.

Brilliant base for discovering Cartagena with professional staff from check-in to check-out. Best possible and ideal location easy walk to Plaza de San Diego. Found in the good area next to the ocean and one plaza nearby that is lively at night and the Ciudad Amurallada of Cartagena.

The team provided an excellant service. My room was incredibly spacious and absolutely perfect with a balcony. It had great and awesome location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Plaza Fernandez de Madrid.

Location: the property was just next door to Cartagena for a wedding at the Sofitel and shops and multiple restaurants and shops. Tried some nice meals at Cono Gourmet, located walking distance from the hotel...

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Town, within the city walls. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the charming streets and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, providing exceptional service with genuine warmth and friendliness. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the balcony, which offered stunning views of the surrounding area.

The hotel room was great - corner suite, upstairs/downstairs layout, balcony. Staff greeted us by name and provided excellent service. Stunning, large, clean rooms with good showers. Ideal location with access to Santa Clara amenities. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Terrific view of the ocean and wall. Included comprehensive breakfast at the Bastion Luxury hotel. Access to amazing swimming pool at Sofitel.

This hotel has exclusive amenities such as a magnificent outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped Spa & wellness centre. The service provided by the staff was remarkable, always making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and elegant, with luxurious bedding and breathtaking views. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a variety of delicious foods, and the restaurant buffet was superb. Eating poolside with a drink from the bar made our stay enchanting.

The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was with the sauna that didn't work properly. However, the Turkish bath and the spa center were impeccable, making up for this unfortunate incident.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape in this boutique hotel. The room offered a stunning view of the sea and a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was also great, putting us in the heart of the action and close to many attractions. we appreciated being able to use the facilities of the nearby resort.

Our stay at this hotel was not all great. We were disappointed by the lack of privacy in the room since the balcony was not completely private and we could hear noises from the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The attention to detail and service provided by the staff were outstanding. The front desk staff, particularly German, were always helpful and welcoming. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet, with a balcony offering a lovely view. The location of the hotel within the city walls of Old Town was perfect for exploring Cartagena. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus.
